AI inside the work you already do.

Company Zero is a small team of applied AI experts for small businesses. We start from one task in your week, pick tools that already exist and connect them to the way you work, aiming for the lowest cost. A person on your team stays in control.

  1. The task you already do
  2. One step handled by AI
  3. A person approves

A task is a good place to start when…

  • The information already exists.

It sits in the register, the calendar, the photos or the messages, and someone re-reads or retypes it by hand.

  • The task comes back often.

The schedule and the order are rebuilt every week, receipts pile up every month, and calls come in after closing.

  • A person can check it quickly.

Someone who knows the work can quickly tell whether the draft holds up, and fix it if needed before approving it.

How we redesign a task

Every system follows the same line. It starts from your tools, states plainly what the AI does and ends with a human decision.

  1. Your tool

Start from a task that exists

We start from the work as it's done today, then compare the tools that already exist and suggest the ones that fit your day-to-day, aiming for the lowest cost. We only build the small link that's missing.

  2. The AI step

    Name what the AI does

We spell out what the model reads, what it produces and where it stops. When it isn't sure, it hands the case to a person.

  3. Your team

    Keep a person in charge

The manager, the front desk or the owner reviews the draft, fixes what's off and approves it.

Systems we design

6 designs

Each one starts from a real task in a small business. These are designs, not client case studies: when a system is tested or running at a real business, we will say so here.

  1. Next week's staff schedule

    Coffee shopEvidence level: Concept

Today: built from memory, while the register already knows when the rush hits.

    1. Your toolRegister sales, hour by hour
    2. The AI stepA model drafts next week's schedule, with more people at 8 and fewer at 10
    3. Your teamThe manager moves a shift if needed and approves it
  2. After-hours calls

    Dental clinicEvidence level: Concept

Today: they go to voicemail and get returned the next morning.

    1. Your toolThe calendar the clinic already uses
    2. The AI stepA voice assistant answers after hours, says it is an AI, offers open slots and books the visit. Clinical questions become messages for the team, and an emergency gets the clinic's own after-hours instructions.
    3. Your teamThe front desk reviews every booking in the morning, then confirms or adjusts
  3. Month-end receipts

    BookkeepingEvidence level: Concept

Today: entered one photo at a time.

    1. Your toolThe categories in your accounting software
    2. The AI stepA model reads the whole month of receipts in one pass and suggests a category for each. It flags the ones it isn't sure about.
    3. Your teamThe bookkeeper fixes the exceptions and approves the batch
  4. Parts after a diagnostic scan

    Auto repairEvidence level: Concept

Today: the parts search waits for the inspection to finish, then someone phones the parts counter.

    1. Your toolThe scan tool and your usual supplier
    2. The AI stepA model reads the scan as soon as it finishes and drafts the likely parts, with stock and price
    3. Your teamThe tech checks during the inspection and confirms the part. The order goes out once the customer approves the quote.
  5. Quotes from room photos

    MovingEvidence level: Concept

Today: a home visit or a long inventory over the phone.

    1. Your toolThe photos of each room the customer sent
    2. The AI stepA model drafts the inventory, then the truck size, crew and hours
    3. Your teamThe estimator adds what photos can't show, such as stairs or access, then sends the quote. If something is unclear, they still book a visit.
  6. The weekly front-store order

    PharmacyEvidence level: Concept

Today: it starts with a walk down the aisles.

    1. Your toolRegister sales and supplier lead times
    2. The AI stepA model drafts the week's order: what will run out and what to skip. Prescription stock stays out of it.
    3. Your teamThe owner adjusts for what they know, such as a promotion, and approves it

Start with 30 free minutes

  • The diagnostic, free

One task, 30 minutes, by phone or video call, your choice. There's no commitment and nothing to pay. Then you get a one-page plan by email, in plain words: where AI helps with that task, 2 or 3 existing tools with their cost, and whether a small link is needed between them. If nothing is worth doing, we tell you.

  • Then, two options

One-time payment: we install and connect the tools and train your team. You then pay the tool subscriptions directly to the vendors.

Managed: we set it up, then look after it every month.

The price is set with you after the diagnostic, and every cost is listed before you decide: ours and the tools'.

  • The team

Common questions

Does the AI replace someone on my team?

No. The system takes on one defined step, such as reading sales or sorting receipts, and prepares a draft. A person on your team reviews it and decides.

Do I have to change my software?

Not necessarily. We start from what you already use. If another tool costs less or does better, we show it to you with its cost, and you decide.

What happens when the AI isn't sure?

Every system plans for it: the case is flagged and goes to a person. The model never answers a clinical question, never picks a part on its own and never files a receipt it isn't sure about.

Where do we start?

With one task: the one that comes back most often and takes the most time. Tell us which one, and which tools you use for it.

Is the diagnostic really free?

Yes. 30 minutes, no commitment and no payment. If nothing is worth doing, we tell you.

What do I pay after that?

Nothing, unless you decide to go further: the setup, as a one-time payment or as the managed option. Before you decide, we list every cost: ours and the tool subscriptions.

Which task takes the most time in your week?

Describe it in a few lines, with the tools you use for it today.
